(1) The executive director of the board shall keep a register of all applicants for registration which shall include:
(a) The date of the application; (b) The applicant’s name;
(c) The applicant’s business address; and
(d) The current status of the registration.
(2) The register shall be prima facie evidence of all matters contained in the register.
(3) The register shall be kept on file in the office of the board and shall be open for public inspection in accordance with KRS § 61.870 to KRS § 61.884.
