Kentucky Statutes 335.160 – Board to enjoin violations

If it appears to the board that a person is violating any provision of KRS § 335.010 to
335.160 and KRS § 335.990, the board may institute, in its own name, in Franklin Circuit Court, a proceeding to restrain and enjoin the violation without regard to whether proceedings have been, or may be instituted under other provisions of KRS § 335.010 to
335.160 and KRS § 335.990. The board or any member thereof, shall not be required to furnish bond for any costs or filing fees in connection with the proceeding.
