The secretary shall provide to the Legislative Research Commission a copy of any notification received by the cabinet from the United States Department of Labor or any division thereof regarding the conformity of state unemployment compensation with the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, 26 U.S.C. § 3301 et seq., the Social Security Act of
1935, 42 U.S.C. § 301 et seq., or the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970, Pub. L. No. 91-373, within five (5) days of receiving the notification.
