The military judge of a court-martial may, for reasonable cause, grant a continuance to any party for such time and as often as appears to be just.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 35.200

  • Continuance: Putting off of a hearing ot trial until a later time.
  • Military judge: means an official of a general and special court-martial detailed in accordance with KRS §. See Kentucky Statutes 35.010
