Nothing contained in KRS § 363.510 to KRS § 363.850 shall be construed as amending, repealing, or superseding any provision of KRS § 217.005 to KRS § 217.215 (the Kentucky Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act) or the regulations adopted thereunder by the secretary for health and family services.
