If any provision of KRS § 365.880 to KRS § 365.900 or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of KRS § 365.880 to KRS § 365.900 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS § 365.880 to KRS § 365.900 shall be severable.
