Any dealer, manufacturer or wholesaler making a repair on a new mobile home prior to the delivery to the owner must state in writing to the owner at the time of the delivery the nature of any defect repaired by such dealer, manufacturer, or wholesaler. The statement must contain a complete description of cause of the damage which was repaired as well as the nature of the repairs made, so that a determination can be made as to whether the owner may have any rights provided by KRS § 367.710 to KRS § 367.775.
