(1) If the Cabinet for Health and Family Services determines that a contracting official is neglecting or refusing to provide services to an individual, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services may order that official to perform his duties under KRS
407.5101 to 407.5902 or may provide those services directly to the individual.
(2) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services may determine that a foreign country has established a reciprocal arrangement for child support with this state and take appropriate action for notification of the determination.
