The cause of action shall be briefly stated in the judgment, or in a writing to be filed as pleadings in an action.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 454.095

  • Action: includes all proceedings in any court of this state. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
  • Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
