Kentucky Statutes 6.220 – Allowance in lieu of stationery

In lieu of stationery, there shall be allowed to each member of the General Assembly the sum of fifty dollars ($50). This allowance shall be paid out of the State Treasury at the beginning of the session.

- branch budget: means an enactment by the General Assembly which provides appropriations and establishes fiscal policies and conditions for the biennial financial plan for the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the executive branch, which shall include a separate budget bill for the Transportation Cabinet.
