Water districts may, in addition to all other methods provided by law, acquire and develop water systems, systems for the distribution of natural, artificial, or mixed gas and sewage disposal systems through the issuance of revenue bonds under the terms and provisions of KRS § 58.010 to KRS § 58.140.
