If a retailer enters into a retail agreement contract, written or unwritten, with a supplier where the retailer agrees to maintain an inventory and the contract is terminated, the supplier shall repurchase the inventory as provided in KRS § 365.800 to KRS § 365.840. The retailer may keep the inventory if the retailer desires. If the retailer has any outstanding debts to the supplier, the repurchase amount may be credited to the retailer’s account.
