Any member of a county board of elections who refuses to permit an inspector designated under KRS § 117.275 and KRS § 117.315 to exercise free and full action in witnessing the count of the ballots, or interferes with the right of such an inspector to have a free and full opportunity to witness the count of the ballots, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
