Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 148.886

  • Action: includes all proceedings in any court of this state. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
  • Department: means the Department of Parks. See Kentucky Statutes 148.001
  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.

148.888, or to bring an action for a restraining order or temporary or permanent injunction to prevent or correct a condition that constitutes or threatens to constitute a violation of any of the provisions of KRS § 148.870 to KRS § 148.892. All actions for injunctive relief shall be brought in the name of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and shall be filed in the local Circuit Court in which the property lies.
