(1) The department may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration for conduct that would have justified refusal to issue a certificate of registration under KRS § 164.6911(2).
(2) The department may suspend or revoke the registration of an individual registered under KRS § 164.6909(3) or renewed under KRS § 164.6911(5) for any reason for which the department could have refused to grant or renew registration or for conduct that would justify refusal to issue a certificate of registration under KRS
164.6911(2).
