(1) Any person violating the provisions of KRS § 182.010 shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
(2) Any person violating the provisions of KRS § 182.140 to KRS § 182.160, shall be fined not less than twenty-five ($25) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned not less than five (5) nor more than twenty (20) days, or both.
