Nothing in KRS § 205.715 to KRS § 205.800 shall be construed to prevent the release by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services of wage and financial institution information data to the United States Social Security Administration or the agencies of other states who administer federally funded welfare and unemployment compensation programs.
