The cabinet may accept donations of money, equipment, supplies, materials, and services from any person for accomplishing the purposes of KRS § 211.861 to KRS § 211.869. Any donation of money shall be deposited into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the cabinet in carrying out the provisions of KRS § 211.861 to
211.869 and shall be expended by the cabinet only in accordance with the purposes of the donation.
