If the owner of the posted dwelling unit permits occupancy of the dwelling or dwelling unit, after the expiration of the thirty (30) day period specified in subsection (4) of KRS
211.905 by persons under six (6) years of age, he shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25). Each day of continuing violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
