No member, officer, or employee of the authority shall be financially interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract of any person with the authority, or have an ownership interest in any firm or corporation interested directly or indirectly in any contract with the authority.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 224A.240
- Authority: means the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, which is created by this chapter. See Kentucky Statutes 224A.011
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: means any individual, firm, partnership, association, corporation, or governmental agency. See Kentucky Statutes 224A.011
