Kentucky Statutes 230.366 – Person claiming interest in unclaimed ticket may file claim after payment to racing commission

Any person claiming an interest in any unclaimed pari-mutuel ticket which has been paid or surrendered to the racing commission in accordance with KRS § 230.361 to KRS § 230.373 may file his claim to it at any time after it was paid to the racing commission.
