Any person dissatisfied with the decision of the racing commission under KRS
230.367 may appeal to the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 13B.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 230.368
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Racing commission: means the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. See Kentucky Statutes 230.210
