(1) The requirements and prohibitions of KRS § 260.775 to KRS § 260.845 shall not apply to persons who buy milk for their own consumption.
(2) It is unlawful for any person who is not licensed under KRS § 260.775 to KRS § 260.845 to transact business with a permitted producer of this state.
