Unless the organic rules otherwise require a greater number of members or percentage of the voting power, the voting member or members present at a members meeting constitute a quorum.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 272A.5-090
- Member: means a person that is admitted as a patron member or investor member, or both, in a limited cooperative association. See Kentucky Statutes 272A.1-020
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
