A cooperative may, upon authorization of its board of trustees or its members, change the location of its principal office by filing a statement of change in accordance with KRS
14A.5-010.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 279.420
- Board: means the board of directors of a corporation formed under this chapter. See Kentucky Statutes 279.010
- Cooperative: means any corporation organized under KRS §. See Kentucky Statutes 279.310
