Except as provided in KRS § 286.3-710 to KRS § 286.3-770, no further amounts shall be directly or indirectly charged, contracted for, or received by the bank for the extension of credit or the forbearance of collection of debt pursuant to any revolving credit plan or any extension of credit thereunder.
