The privilege of the corporation to advertise to the public that it is under the supervision of the Department of Financial Institutions may be denied by the commissioner at any time the commissioner has reason to believe there is a violation of any of the provisions of KRS § 286.7-410 to KRS § 286.7-600 or any rule or regulations promulgated thereunder.
