Nonprofit hospital, medical-surgical, dental, and health service corporations delivering or issuing for delivery Medicare supplement contracts as defined in KRS § 304.14-500 to
304.14-550, or renewing such contracts, shall make available upon request Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. In the case of group contracts, the request shall be made by the group contract holder.
