The commissioner shall, if requested by any interested party served with notice as required herein, make a complete record of any testimony, evidence, and proceedings at any hearing conducted pursuant to this subtitle.

- Commissioner: means :
(a) The commissioner of insurance of this state. See Kentucky Statutes 304.37-010 - Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
