There shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the association, the commissioner or the commissioner’s authorized representatives or any other person or organization, for any statements or actions made in good faith by them during any proceedings or concerning any matters within the scope of KRS § 304.40-030 to KRS § 304.40-140.
