A group self-insurance fund regulated under this subtitle and administrative regulations promulgated by the commissioner shall be subject to the provisions of this subtitle, Subtitle 12 of this chapter, and KRS § 304.2-310 to KRS § 304.2-370, 304.20-100, and 304.99-
082, to the extent applicable and not in conflict with the expressed provisions of this subtitle.

Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2010). A reference to the “executive director” of insurance in this section has been changed in codification to the “commissioner” of insurance to reflect the reorganization of certain parts of the Executive Branch, as set forth in Executive Order 2009-535 and confirmed by the General Assembly in 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24. This change was made by the Reviser of Statutes pursuant to 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1938.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 304.50-155
- Group self-insurance fund: means the contractual arrangement whereby twenty (20) or more employers with common interests or two (2) or more governmental entities associate to jointly self-insure their workers' compensation liability. See Kentucky Statutes 304.50-015
