If any insurance company, association, or exchange is found by the commissioner, after a hearing, to have committed any of the acts set out in subsections (1) and (2) of KRS
304.6-030, the commissioner may require such company, association, or exchange to pay a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
