(1) Abortion-inducing drugs shall only be provided to a pregnant person by a qualified physician who is registered with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a nonsurgical abortion provider by following the procedures established in KRS § 311.7734, 311.7735, and 311.7736.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any manufacturer, distributor, physician, qualified physician, pharmacy, or any other person to intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly dispense, prescribe, or distribute any abortion-inducing drug as defined in KRS § 311.7731 to a pregnant person via courier, delivery, or mail service.
