Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted hereunder or any provision of the State Plumbing Code shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days or both for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

  • Code: means the Kentucky State Plumbing Code. See Kentucky Statutes 318.010
  • Person: means any individual, public or private corporation, political subdivision,
    government agency, municipality, copartnership, association, firm, trust, estate, or
    other entity whatsoever. See Kentucky Statutes 318.010
  • Plumbing: means the art of installing in buildings the pipes for distributing the water supply, the fixtures for using water and drainage pipes for removing waste water and sewage, together with fittings, appurtenances, and appliances of various kinds, all within or adjacent to the building.   • State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
