The secretary-treasurer, or any other officer or designee properly authorized by the board, shall:
(1) Receive and account for all money collected under this chapter and pay it into the
State Treasury; and
(2) Provide in an electronic format on the board’s Web site a roster showing the names and addresses of all professional engineers, professional land surveyors, and business entities holding permits to practice engineering or land surveying in this state.

- Board: means the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010 - Engineering: means any professional service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires engineering education, training, and experience as an engineer. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010
- Land surveying: shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010 - State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
