This chapter shall not prevent a professional engineer from carrying on any architectural practice incident to the practice of engineering.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 322.370
- Engineer: means a person who is qualified to engage in the practice of professional engineering by reason of special knowledge and use of:
(a) The mathematical, physical, and engineering sciences. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010 - Engineering: means any professional service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires engineering education, training, and experience as an engineer. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010
