The cabinet may use amounts available in grants made annually to the Commonwealth under KRS § 350.550 for the reclamation of eligible land and water prioritized under KRS
350.555(3). However, the expenditure shall not occur unless the reclamation is done in conjunction with the expenditure of funds for reclamation projects prioritized under KRS
350.555(1) and (2), irrespective of when the higher priority project was initially funded.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 350.563
- Cabinet: means the Energy and Environment Cabinet. See Kentucky Statutes 350.010
- Reclamation: means the reconditioning of the area affected by surface coal mining operations under a plan approved by the cabinet. See Kentucky Statutes 350.010
