A guardian of a minor may enter into a consolidation agreement, as defined in KRS
353.250, subject to approval by the Circuit Judge as provided in KRS § 353.260. The detailed provisions of such agreement may be such as the court approves, consistently with the provisions of KRS § 353.250.
