(1) Any contract which does not comply with the applicable provisions of KRS § 367.900 to KRS § 367.930 shall be void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy.
(2) Any waiver by a member or purchaser of a contract of any of the provisions of KRS
367.900 to 367.930 shall be deemed void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy.
