(1) KRS § 381.9101 to KRS § 381.9207 shall be liberally construed and applied to promote its underlying purposes and policies.
(2) The underlying purposes and policies of KRS § 381.9101 to KRS § 381.9207 are:
(a) To simplify, clarify, and modernize the law governing condominiums; and
(b) To make uniform the law among the various jurisdictions.
Effective: January 1, 2011
