(1) An order by the District Court granting a fiduciary power under KRS § 389A.010 shall contain an adequate description of the property and shall recite that it is a final order.
(2) The deed or mortgage from the fiduciary in exercise of the power granted shall recite in the source of title thereto the place where the order giving such authority may be found, and a certified copy of the order shall be recorded with the deed.
