An action, not mentioned in KRS § 452.400 to KRS § 452.425, both inclusive, nor in KRS
452.440, against a prisoner in this state, or a person confined in an asylum for persons of unsound mind in this state, must be brought in the county, if known, in which he resided, or claimed his residence, when confined.
