(1) After a person has been appointed to a selection committee, he shall receive an orientation from the office. The orientation shall include, but not be limited to, an explanation of all statutes and administrative regulations pertaining to the person’s service on the selection committee.
(2) For administrative purposes, a selection committee shall be attached to the office. (3) The office shall provide a selection committee with:
(a) Suitable quarters in Frankfort, Kentucky, in which to conduct its business;
(b) Staff support necessary for the expeditious conduct of a selection committee’s duties and responsibilities; and
(c) Office supplies.
