(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall establish and maintain a list of approved assessors for each county participating in the pilot program established under KRS § 533.272 to perform clinical assessments; and
(2) No assessor shall be approved unless he or she is a:
(a) Qualified mental health professional as defined under KRS § 533.270; and
(b) Medicaid-approved provider or employed by a Medicaid-approved provider.
