All moneys derived from the issuance of bonds under KRS § 96.550 to KRS § 96.900, together with any governmental grant made in connection therewith, and all receipts from electric service or any other operation of the board, shall be deposited in a separate bank account or accounts, separate from all other municipal funds, and adequate records shall be kept of all such receipts and their sources.
