- boards: means the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, the Board of Supervisors of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, and the Board of Supervisors of Community and Technical Colleges, or any of these boards. Application procedures for sabbatical leave shall be established by the appropriate management boards governing the institutions of higher education in the state. Such procedures shall include but shall not be limited to application forms, filing deadlines, method of selection, notification of approval or denial, and grounds for rejection of applications.
