A.  No public postsecondary education institution shall:

(1)  Permit the dissemination on the institutional campus of solicitations, advertisements, applications, or information concerning consumer credit cards, as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 9:3516(15), to undergraduate students during registration for classes.

(2)  Permit any employee of the institution to disseminate solicitations, advertisements, applications, or information concerning consumer credit cards, as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 9:3516(15), to undergraduate students at any time.

(3)  Provide to an extender of credit, as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 9:3516(18),  for compensation or consideration of any kind any student information.

B.  The governing authority for each such institution shall provide by rule for the enforcement of these prohibitions.
