Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4620
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry, or his duly authorized representatives acting at his discretion. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4602
- Department: means the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4602
- Director: means the director of weights and measures appointed by the commissioner. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:4602
No one shall hinder or obstruct the department in any way in the performance of its official duties. No one shall impersonate in any way the commissioner, his inspectors, or the director.
