• Motor vehicle: means every self-propelled vehicle (except traction engines, road rollers, farm tractors, electric-assisted bicycles, tractor cranes, power shovels, and well drillers) and every vehicle which is propelled by electric power obtained from overhead wires but not operated upon rails.
