- Board: means the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:1262
If the requirements of La. Rev. Stat. 37:1272 or La. Rev. Stat. 37:1276 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue to the applicant a license to practice medicine.
